Ardenmere provides software tools for families and caregivers to record and reflect on day-to-day care, health-related notes you choose to log, and related features. We may update or change features over time.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information where the product asks for it, and to update it when it changes.

You agree not to misuse Ardenmere—for example, by attempting to access data you are not permitted to see, disrupting the service, or using the product in a way that violates applicable law.

Ardenmere is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always rely on qualified health professionals for medical decisions.

The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ardenmere and its team will not be liable for certain indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
